价值共创驱动的人智协同精准教学模式与路径研究

Research on the Model and Pathway for Human-AI Collaborative Precision Teaching Driven by Value Co-creation

  • 摘要: 人工智能正深度赋能教育,但当前精准教学实践多囿于技术工具论与行为主义框架,易导致学生被动化与教师角色弱化。为回应此挑战,本研究引入价值共创理论,构建以价值共创为核心的人智协同精准教学模式,深度融合精准教学、人智协同与价值共创理论,通过“价值驱动—价值实现—价值循环”的动态路径,设计“微观即时”与“宏观周期”双循环驱动机制,并提炼出“AI辅助的教师主导型”“人机共筑的学生中心型”“数据驱动的协同进化型”三种人智协作模式,为智能时代高等教育的教学改革提供理论参照与实践范式,推动人智协同从工具赋能向价值共创深度转型。

     

    Abstract: Artificial intelligence is profoundly transforming education. However, current practices of precision teaching are mostly confined to the frameworks of technological instrumentalism and behaviorism, which tend to render students passive and weaken teachers' role. To address these challenges, this study introduces the theory of value co-creation to develop a human-AI collaborative precision teaching model. By deeply integrating the theories of precision teaching, human-AI collaboration, and value co-creation, the study designs a dual-cycle driving mechanism consist of micro-instantaneous cycle and macro-periodic cycle. Furthermore, it distills three human-AI collaborative patterns: "AI-assisted teacher-led" "human-machine co-constructed student-centered," and "data-driven collaborative evolution." This research provides a theoretical and practical paradigms for reforming higher education in the intelligent era, advancing human-AI collaboration from mere "tool empowerment" toward genuine "value co-creation".
