Abstract:
Law schools in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Universities are confronted with the challenge of enhancing the quality of digital law teaching and cultivating high-quality, multi-skilled legal professionals who meet the demands of digital economic development and digital rule of law under the new liberal arts background. Currently, there is a shortage of digital law experimental teaching resources in the Greater Bay Area, insufficient information in experimental teaching, insufficient practicality in experimental teaching, a single experimental teaching method, and lack of communication and interaction in law experimental teaching among universities in the Greater Bay Area. By examining the achievements of digital law experimental teaching reforms in the United States and other developed countries, drawing on their beneficial experiences, it should digitalize the reform of law experimental teaching resources in the Greater Bay Area, jointly build lots of digital law experimental teaching platforms in a diversified manner, introduce high-level digital law teachers in various ways, center on students and increase the practicality of digital law experimental teaching through multiple paths, innovate"digital"law experimental teaching methods, and collaboratively build a digital law experimental teaching system in the Greater Bay Area, in order to carry out digital legal experimental teaching in universities effectively.
